Company Settings allows you to setup every information necessary to allow you use your Thrift Account. Here you can enter your company details, Registration Fee, Loan Type, Loan Category, and Departments.

Create New Company:

This allows you to create you company information such as company name, Address, Phone Number etc.The following steps apply to creating a new company;

1. Logon to thrift.sysmaxng.com
2. Click on 'Company Settings'
3. Click on 'Create New Company'.
4. Fill all fields and Click 'Create'.

Edit Company:

This action allows you to make changes to a company you have created. The following steps apply to editing a company;

1. Logon to thrift.sysmaxng.com
2. Click on 'Company Settings'
3. Click on the 'Edit' button against the company name.
4. Make the desired changes and click 'Save'.

Delete Company:

This action allows you to delete a company that has already been created. The following steps apply to deleting a company;

1. Logon to thrift.sysmaxng.com
2. Click on 'Company Settings'
3. Click on the 'Delete' button against the company name.
4. Confirm action by clicking 'Ok'.

Registration Fee:

This is where you can set the amount that interested members can register for. The followings steps apply to creating a registration fee;

1. Logon to thrift.sysmaxng.com
2. Click on 'Company Settings'.
3. Click on 'Registration Fee'.
4. Click on 'Create New Fee'.
5. Enter amount and click 'Create'.

Edit Registration Fee:

This action allows you to make changes registration fee that has already been created. The following steps apply editing a registration fee;

1. Logon to thrift.sysmaxng.com
2. Click on 'Company Settings'.
3. Click on 'Registration Fee'.
4. Click on the 'Edit' button against the registration fee.
5. Make the desired changes and click'ok'

Delete Registration Fee:

This action allows you to delete Registration Fee that has already been created. The following steps apply to deleting a registration fee;

1. Logon to thrift.sysmaxng.com.
2. Click on 'Company Settings.
3. Click on 'Registration Fee'.
4. Click on the 'Delete' button against the Registration Fee.
5. Confirm action by clicking 'Ok'.

Loan Category:

This allows you to group the persons who will be collecting loans into easily identifiable categories. The following steps apply to creating a Loan Category;

1. Logon to thrift.sysmaxng.com.
2. Click on 'Company Settings.
3. Click on 'Loan Category'.
4. Click on 'Create New Category'.
5. Enter the category name and click 'Create'.

Edit Loan Category:

This action allows you to make changes to a loan category that has already been created. The following steps apply to editing a loan category;

1. Logon to thrift.sysmaxng.com
2. Click on 'Company Settings'.
3. Click on 'Loan Category'.
4. Click on the 'Edit' button against the category name.
5. Make the desired changes and click 'ok'.

Delete Loan Category:

This action allows you to delete a loan category that has already been created. The following steps apply to deleting a loan category;

1. Logon to thrift.sysmaxng.com.
2. Click on 'Company Settings.
3. Click on 'Loan Category'.
4. Click on the 'Delete' button against the category name.
5. Confirm action by clicking 'Ok'.

Loan Type:

Loan Type groups to the different amounts of money that a member can borrow. The following steps apply to creating Loan Type;

1. Logon to thrift.sysmaxng.com.
2. Click on 'Company Settings.
3. Click on 'Loan Type'.
4. Click on 'Create New Type'.
5. Enter the category name and click 'Create'.

Edit Loan Type:

This action allows you to make changes to a loan type that has already been created. The following steps apply to editing a loan type;

1. Logon to thrift.sysmaxng.com
2. Click on 'Company Settings'.
3. Click on 'Loan Type'.
4. Click on the 'Edit' button against the name.
5. Make the desired changes and click 'ok'.

Delete Loan Type:

This action allows you to delete a loan type that has already been created. The following steps apply to deleting a loan type;

1. Logon to thrift.sysmaxng.com.
2. Click on 'Company Settings.
3. Click on 'Loan Type'.
4. Click on 'Delete'.
